Outlook for Windows

1. Open Outlook.
   
   
2. Click on File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
   
   
3. Select iCalendar file (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs) and click Next.
   
   
4. Locate the ICS file on your computer, select it, and click Open.
   
   
5. Choose whether to import the calendar into your existing calendar or to open it as a new calendar.
   
   
6. Click OK.

Outlook for Mac

1. Open Outlook.
   
   
2. Drag the ICS file directly into the calendar area of Outlook.
   
   
3. A dialog box will appear to confirm that you want to add the events.
   
   
4. Click Import.

1. Open Google Calendar in your web browser.

2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select Settings.

3. In the left menu, choose Import & Export.

4. Click on Select file from your computer and locate the ICS file on your computer.

5. Select the calendar where you want to import the events.

6. Click Import.

7. Google Calendar will import the events from the ICS file and show a confirmation.

Via iCloud

1. Sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
   
   
2. Open Calendar.
   
   
3. Click on the gear icon in the bottom left and select Import Calendar.
   
   
4. Select the ICS file from your computer and click Import.
   
   
5. The events will be added to your iCloud calendar and will automatically sync with your iOS device.

Directly on iPhone/iPad

1. Send the ICS file to your iOS device via email or save it in an app like Files.
   
   
2. Open the file on your device.
   
   
3. If you received the ICS file via email, tap the ICS file attachment.
   
   
4. A dialog box will appear, giving you the option to add the events to your calendar.
   
   
5. Select Add All to import the events into your calendar.

Via Google Calendar

1. Send the ICS file to the email address you use on your Android device.
   
   
2. Open the email on your Android device and download the ICS file.
   
   
3. Open Google Calendar on your computer.
   
   
4. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
   
   
5. In the left menu, choose Import & Export.
   
   
6. Click on Select file from your computer and locate the ICS file on your computer.
   
   
7. Select the calendar where you want to import the events.
   
   
8. Click Import.
   
   
9. The imported events will appear in your Google Calendar and automatically sync with your Android device.

Directly on Android Device

1. Download a calendar app that supports ICS import (e.g., ICS Importer or a similar app from the Google Play Store).
   
   
2. Open the downloaded ICS file with the appropriate app.
   
   
3. Follow the app’s instructions to import the events into your calendar.
