Just how much fun technology can be was demonstrated on 25 July and 1 August 2025, when we once again invited people to Linz Codes at the Freiplatz under the Lentos in cooperation with Dynatrace and CoderDojo Linz. Children, young people and anyone else interested were treated to two afternoons of free, lively coding workshops with laptops, craft stations, Beebots for the little ones and plenty of inventive spirit at the Donaulände.

‘The earlier talents are recognised, the earlier they can be nurtured and developed,’ said our City Councillor for Economy and Innovation, Thomas Gegenhuber, who was impressed by the enthusiasm for technology at Linz Codes.
