The City of Linz, in cooperation with emporia, the Linz Adult Education Centre and SelbA, has already organised several smartphone days for senior citizens.

On this page, we collect information and offers for more independence in dealing with digital devices from many different contact points in the city.

FREE COURSES
at the adult education centre in Linz

Courses on mobile phone school, computer clubs and "Bad eyesight, good computer skills" take place regularly in the Wissensturm and in the Dornach district. Whether you are a beginner or already have experience, you can get information at any time and register for the courses - some of which are free of charge - at the adult education centre! STZ Kleinmünchen-Auwiesen

The Kleinmünchen/Auwiesen district centre offers smartphone get-togethers: every first Monday of the month from 6 p.m. at the Volkshaus Auwiesen and every second Monday of the month from 10 a.m. at the Volkshaus Ebelsberg. Problems with an electronic communications service, such as ambiguities in telephone billing or technical problems with the Internet connection can be clarified in a conciliation procedure by the Communications Authority Austria.
