// PARTICIPATION-WORKSHOP FOR SCHOOL CLASSES
HELP TO SHAPE
HAVE A SAY, TAKE PART
in Linz.
What does the Municipal Council of Linz do? What are the tasks of the City Senate? How does a debate work? What does participation mean? How can young people help shape the city of Linz?
All these questions and more will be addressed in the participation-workshop „create your city!“
The Innovationshauptplatz of the city Linz invites interested school classes from secondary school level 1 to the Old Town Hall for one forenoon. In the foyer (aerial view of Linz) and in the municipal council hall, students have the opportunity to actively participate and discuss the city of Linz from their point of view.
After confirmed registration, the Innovationshauptplatz (with the support of Ministry for Curiosity and Future Enthusiasm) will also provide accompanying material with examples and links to videos for the classroom in preparation.

Thanks to the 1b of the AHS Kreuzschwestern for the great ideas and lively discussion at our first create your city! workshop in June 2023. Thank you for the great video and your positive feedback on the format!
In the picture gallery you can see more impressions from the workshops with the BAfEP Linz and the TMS Stelzhamerschule. Mayor Klaus Luger also made time for the young people at the time.
